Serpa Home Improvement, Inc. was a pleasant surprise to our family, after thirteen years of various frustrating experiences with home improvement people. The company is very professional; they arrived on time to give us an estimate, gave us a fair price, got their crew right to work, and the work continued until the job was complete. We had one minor issue which Serpa corrected immediately. The crew worked incredibly fast in very cold weather; I was very impressed by their diligence. We will call on Serpa in the future when we have a home improvement job.
